In the early 2000s, leather pants usually meant skin-tight, low LOW rise and unflattering on at least 97 % of the population. Luckily, almost two decades later we’ve righted our wrongs and chic leather pants finally exist. Each of these looks have a leather trend I’m swooning over: colorful leather, snakeskin, and a paperbag waist.
The easiest way to ease into leather dresses is to choose a silhouette you already love. Whether it’s a wrap dress or a shirt dress, opting for a leather version immediately elevates the look. For longer dresses, I’m super into a thigh slit moment with boots or booties.
